Time is the one resource you can’t scale as an admin. If you manage Microsoft 365 professionally, you know the problem: Microsoft renames portals, moves menu items or hides essential functions behind new URLs. Yesterday it was the Azure AD Portal, today it’s the Entra admin center. Tomorrow it may be called differently again.

To shorten your time-to-action, I have updated or created two central areas on PhinIT. This is not about “net finds”, but about tools for your daily workflow.

Efficiency in operations comes from standardization and quick access to information. Use them to reduce your administrative effort.

MS365 Admin Center Links

No one should have to click through three menu levels just to find the Call Quality Dashboard (CQD) or the Exchange Message Trace . The MS365 Admin Center Links page has been comprehensively revised.

I have cleaned up the list and adapted it to the current nomenclature of 2026. Save this page as a central hub if you want to end the bookmark chaos in your browser.

MS365 Sites & Blogs

The amount of information in the Microsoft ecosystem is toxic if you don’t filter it. There’s no point in subscribing to hundreds of RSS feeds if 90% of them are marketing phrases. You need validated information for your architecture decisions.

The new site MS365 Sites & Blogs is my personal curation of sources that go into technical depth. Here I list blogs, documentation, and community resources that I use myself to validate architectures or understand incidents. They are sources that explain the “why” and not just regurgitate press releases.
