Since 2024, I have been working as a Senior IT Administrator in Internal IT and am responsible for the planning, support and optimization of the IT infrastructure – with a focus on server-client systems, networks and Microsoft 365.
Previously, I worked in 2nd and 3rd level support throughout Germany and was able to gain valuable experience in various positions – from service technology to RMA management to support for nursing homes.
