The application allows you to create to-do lists for different areas of life and collaborate easily by sharing lists with others.

Microsoft Sway

Sway is a tool for creating interactive reports, presentations, and newsletters. It allows for easy design of engaging content for different audiences. Although Sway is still accessible from the “Apps” section in Microsoft 365, the “Create New Sway” option was removed from the “Create” tab of the Microsoft 365 Copilot app in March 2025, indicating lower usage.

Power BI Pro is a business analytics tool that provides interactive visualizations and business intelligence capabilities. Users can not only communicate internally, but also make and receive external calls – worldwide, directly via the public switched telephone network (PSTN). New features such as the “Queues App” allow team leaders to monitor calls, tune in, or take over conversations, which is especially beneficial in customer service.

Microsoft Teams Rooms

Microsoft Teams Rooms is a solution for equipping meeting rooms with Microsoft Teams-enabled hardware and software. It transforms conference rooms into modern, hybrid meeting environments. New features allow Teams Rooms to participate in events such as webinars and town halls as presenters, with access to features such as the “Green Room” and stage control for organizers and presenters.

Microsoft Copilot (Add-on)

Microsoft Copilot is an AI-powered extension for Microsoft 365 applications such as Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Teams. Based on GPT technology from OpenAI and Microsoft Graph, Copilot helps users write, analyze, plan, and present content. New features such as “Copilot Vision” allow the assistant to recognize the content of the screen and offer contextual help, while “Copilot Actions” automate the execution of complex tasks such as booking trips or finding accommodations.

It includes capabilities such as threat detection, automated investigations, and response actions to ensure endpoint security. The solution is designed specifically for small and medium-sized businesses and offers cross-platform protection for Windows, macOS, Android, and iOS.

Defender for Office 365 protects against threats such as phishing and malware in email and collaboration tools. Plan 2 offers advanced features such as Threat Investigation and Response, as well as Attack Simulation Training. New features improve real-time threat detection and response.
