Warnings & maintenance notes
- Teams Phone was selected, but no PSTN path. For external calling, choose Microsoft Calling Plan, Operator Connect, Teams Phone Mobile or Direct Routing.
- Add-ons in New Commerce are separate products/SKUs with their own terms; check co-termination actively.
- Prices are maintained values. Availability, channel, segment and country must be checked against Partner Center or the Microsoft offer before ordering.
- An existing M365 plan does not automatically mean premium connector, Dataverse or Copilot production rights.
